Surveillance, access and fire — specified for the building, not the brochure

CCTV, door entry, access control and fire detection, designed around how your site is actually used, installed by the engineers who will maintain it.

What we install

Systems that earn their place

A camera that sees the back of someone’s head is decoration. Before we quote, an engineer walks the site and works out where the risk actually is — the bin store, the loading bay, the riser cupboard everyone forgets — and specifies to that.

Because we also build the network, cameras land on a segregated VLAN with the bandwidth and power budget already accounted for. Because we do the building works, containment is set out before the walls close.

Surveillance

IP CCTV, NVR and cloud recording with remote viewing and role-based access.

Access control

Door entry, intercom, fobs and mobile credentials across single doors or whole estates.

Fire detection

Detection and alarm systems installed, commissioned and documented for sign-off.

Monitoring

Continuous health checks on cameras, recorders and storage retention.

Capabilities

The full security scope

CCTV & surveillance

HD and 4K IP camera systems, NVR or cloud recording, ANPR and low-light coverage — designed around the sightlines that actually matter, not the camera count.

Access control

Door entry, intercom, fobs, readers and mobile credentials, from a single door to an estate-wide system with per-resident permissions.

Fire detection & alarm

Detection, sounders, panels and interfaces installed and commissioned so they satisfy building control and your insurer.

Intruder alarm

Graded intruder systems with app control and remote signalling, sized to the risk rather than the catalogue.

Remote monitoring

Camera and recorder health checks, firmware currency and storage retention watched continuously so failures surface before you need the footage.

Audit & compliance

Retention policies, signage, DPIA support and access logs documented so your CCTV stands up to a data-protection query.

Questions we get asked

Straight answers

If your question isn’t here, ring the office and ask for an engineer rather than a salesperson.

Do you take over systems someone else installed?

Usually, yes. We survey what’s there, list what is serviceable and what isn’t, and give you the honest version — sometimes that means keeping cameras another two years rather than replacing them.

Can I see the cameras from my phone?

Yes. Every system we install can be set up for secure remote viewing, with per-user permissions so staff see only the cameras their role requires.

How long is footage kept?

It depends on storage and the lawful basis for keeping it. We size storage to the retention period you actually need and document that period — over-retaining footage is a data-protection risk, not a safety feature.

Do you handle the data-protection side?

We help with it. We advise on signage, retention and access logging, and we provide the technical detail your DPIA needs. The legal responsibility for the footage stays with you as the data controller.

Get a security system specified properly.

Send us a site plan or just an address. An engineer will survey it, mark up the camera and door positions, and price the work with the network and containment included.
